You are NO-THING that you think you are. ~Robert Adams

nothing IS sacred

Everything that you can ever imagine, that you want to be, you already are. You are the Imperishable Self that has always been, that you will always be. Beyond birth, beyond death, beyond experiences, beyond doubts, beyond opinions. Beyond whatever it is your body is going through, whatever thoughts your mind thinks. You are beyond that. You are the Silence, The Silence of the Heart. ~Robert Adams

The Real You

The appearance of a solid human being is a lie.
No thing is solid in the universe, the whole world is vibrations.
When you are your Self you feel spacious energy, you are that energy.
You are empty nothingness. You are complete and empty at the same time.
There is no one to suffer, to feel lack and no form at all to be concerned about.

When you realize this you see that the body that appears is the Self itself.

The life story is solidified thought, beliefs, ideas, customs and practices.
A glorious pageant on display that is believed to be real and played out to the hilt.
Let it play out and know that it is not who you really are. As long as you focus on your mind,
your life and your thoughts you lock yourself out of reality.

To leave the whole idea of the personal you is liberation. To try to harness spiritual truth
to have a more expanded life is like trying to harness air and energy.
It is like a bean bag race where one leg is in a bag with another person’s leg
and the other leg is free. This is like learning to live with a handicap
and adjusting to the limitations of it, all unnecessarily.

To taste the liberation that you are one must divorce oneself completely from the construct
of a solid me — a me conforming to the idea of humanhood, the identification
of a separate individual. You do this by leaving all of it behind mentally.

Catch yourself trying to modify your life, or justifying your positions and Stop.
Allow yourself to soften by being still, then dare to go further.
Know that you are the silent witness of all that appears and that nothing
that appears to be real can touch or harm the real you.
