The purpose of this Retreat is to transcend limitations of
the mind/body idea and to embody open awareness on all levels,
intellectually, physically, and emotionally.
A quiet mind is dependent on an empty peaceful non-gripping body.

We will explore concepts held as true

Identify one’s main belief pattern about life

Touch the emotional holding of the past

Meet pre-verbal survival impulses on the cellular level

While the person is striving for the truth and well-being,
many with much success, there is also a reservoir of tightly held
dark states that hold the physical body as a solid identity.
The person is very familiar with the recurring patterns of pain
and the stories of repetitive suffering that this can cause.

I am referring to repressed mixtures of insecurity, doubt, fear,
pain confusion, hatred, betral, denial, trauma, abandonment,
manipulation and abuse.

Pure observing awareness is the natural result
of a non-holding form.
